The Kamariza Lab develops molecular technologies to probe, detect, and manipulate complex biological systems. By integrating chemical probe design, CRISPR-Cas engineering, and RNA structural biology, we create versatile platforms for studying microbial processes, mapping RNA structure–function relationships, and developing scalable diagnostics. The approaches we engineer extend broadly to fields such as synthetic biology, functional genomics, and precision medicine, where sensitive and programmable molecular tools are critically needed.
